8 key principles for your reflection as you consider how you may reinvent or rediscover your work and your life:
1) Stay open and flexible. Keep your options open and go with the flow.
2) Don't turn down opportunities just because they are outside of your parameters of what you may
be thinking to be your career or place in life.
3) Cross pollinate. Integrate your ideas ans skills with other professional opportunities.
4) Follow your hearts desire. Ask yourself "What is my deepest aspiration that wants to live?"
5) Integrate creative expression. Paint a picture or create a collage... of what you want in your
work/life. Integrate this image occurring as you fall asleep at night and upon awakening in the
morning. Take every chance to experience this inner knowing and image with all of your five
senses.
6) Network, network, network... Make a point to meet new people as often as you can. New people
will enrich your life and lead you to new opportunities. Integration of social media is critical.
7) Be a life long learner. Seek new ways to stretch your self professionally and personally. Find new
challenges to master. Attend classes, workshops, read numerous books and articles.
8) Embrace new technology and ideas. Don't get locked in a time warp.
Here a few suggestions for what you can do as you embrace these principles:
1) Integrate a key principle each week.
2) Daily journal as a reflection process, either morning or evening.
3) Create an "Action Plan" that includes goals and objectives.
4) Find a Life/Career Coach who will guide you through this entire process.

Authenticity....... at times an overused word. That being said, I feel that living an authentic life, we will attract to us what is meant for us. Being true to ourselves connects us to resources and opportunities that will help and guide us to fulfill our true potential.
As we learn to trust ourselves and our own gifts, we grow more comfortable and confident in who we are. We then begin to create ways to nurture and express the spirit in our own lives. Saying "yes" to our true selves opens us up to the abundance of living happier, healthier, more creative, interesting and prosperous lives.
This is why professional life coaching is so valuable.... it provides an opportunity for individuals to enter into a relationship where the whole focus is on YOU... your needs, your wants, your concerns, your aspirations, your passions, your fears, your achievements, your courage, your autthenticity.... your future.
As Carol Pearson states in her book, "The Hero Within", "heroism for the age we are currently living, requires us to take a journey, and in that journey is where we find the treasure of our true selves, our authentic self, and then we have an opportunity to share that treasure with the community as a whole - that is when we become fully who we are.
